Amazing 3D scanner App
That app is really amazing. Accurate and easy to use. It’s also easy to crop the scan. Best scans of a bust were taken outside with natural light, bust on a support on a round white table. The round table gives an easy distance marker to scan around the object. Congratulations for that App. BUT, you should use another name. « 3D scanner app » returns only inconsistent results when you search for the app on Internet. Yves

Orientation problem
I
When exporting as ply and e57 and importing in recap the scans are wrongly oriented
The ground floor and celing is in de z-axis where it should be in the xy axis
The room is standing vertically and one wall side is on the floor level did several tests and every time the same result
Also when importing in other programs the same problem
