The app allows you to earn points by moving daily. And you can redeem those points for the best weekly, monthly and annual rewards! Select your voucher in the app and collect your reward.
In short: become a member, download the app and get healthier. Sign up via: www.asr.nl/vitality. You can only become an a.s.r. Vitality member through your employer or when you have one of these insurances: a health insurance from a.s.r. or Ik kies zelf from a.s.r. or an AOV from a.s.r.

Your exercise data must be interlocked with a.s.r. Vitality. Your data in wearable devices such as GARMIN or Polar can be interlocked as well as Health app for iOS.
