The old app wasn’t great, but at least it works. App is asking to migrate settings to the new one, opening the new one, it seems it can’t find my lock, even not after scanning the QR…

Worst application ever seen
I am connected to app Abus SmartX: when informed that migration to Abus One should be done, I get then in the trouble:
- the connection to my abus account was really a mess: the security codes I got failed at least 10 times (strange enough for the same step I got every times 2 mails and 2 different code
- the data transfer initiated by Abus SmartX doesn´t work as nothing happen then in Abus One which asks to connect a new device by the standard QR code card - problem is then that Abus One and the lock SmartX (last firmware version) do not communicate
- the same issues on ios 16 and on ios 17…

Bad experience
So i use a bike bordo smartlock
And im parked kilometers away from home, and the app suddenly does not want to open the lock
Bad day for the app or the multinational, i restarted / updated
Logged in and locked out
No today is not a good day
