We have observed that the people of the village have many demands and suggestions that they want to implement in their village. However, these days everyone carries a smartphone and is aware of every small function. In this tech world, we have developed an application which is a mode of communication between citizens of the village and the gram panchayat committee. We ensure to make it convenient, easy, and faster.

Earlier, due to a lack of proper communication between the public and officials, problems often occur. People do not get to know about the schemes and do not benefit from which they can apply.

The major goal of this program is to improve the delivery of citizen services in the village by computerizing requests for gram panchayath services. Gram Panchayat is a decentralized organization that oversees applications and disseminates details regarding services offered within the gram panchayath. The suggested system will monitor exercises and other updates happening in the village, which will be parallelly transparent to the public. Administration and staff will oversee the application.

Our purpose in developing an application is to keep transparency between the people of the panchayat and the citizens of the village. The application carries many features which can help the public to do their financial and village functions easily. An individual can pay taxes, give suggestions, receive notifications of the latest news, receive broadcast messages, know about the activities played in the village, get medical help, get a tax certificate.

For instance, if an individual wants to complain or give any suggestion that is to be improved in the village, he/she just has to add the details on the application, and they will receive an update regarding their concern. To make it easier and more convenient, we have developed application in two languages, i.e., Gujarati and English. An individual simply has to download and create their profile and get started.

We aim to make people smart and most importantly they should be updated with the village exercises. This also showcases the progress done by Gram Panchayat for the good wellness of people.
