Congratulations
I guess I may consider myself very demanding. I rarely seen an app so functional and intuitive. Many could take an example of this app.
Pretty useless app
I fly at least 4 times a year the same route with family. Once I tried to book tickets through the app, it wouldn’t let me because my card details ‘could not be verified’ despite multiple security verifications by my credit card and multiple previous purchases. Instead offered ‘option’ to pay 36 euros to keep the ticket and price for 3 days. New app, new ways to try to grab money for nothing.
Keeps asking to set-up 2-factor authentication
Every two days the app is asking me to set-up a pin. I keep doing it and it keeps asking to set-up every two days. In parallel I have the face recognition on so I don’t know why I also need a pin.
