Phone vs App
The app deserves 5+ Stars; connecting by phone rating: -1 Star.
Gave up after 7 hours of attempting to purchase extra luggage by phone. Decided to give the app a try. To my delight the purchase was made in less than 2 minutes!
Air Europa should investigate a mechanism to enable customers to achieve a more prompt connection when speaking to a representative is imperative.
It would have been disastrous had my issue involved an emergency that is beyond the functionality of the app.
