On the go and wanting to check your balance available or latest transactions? It’s now easier than ever before. Log into the AirPlus Mobile App with your AirPlus Portal login credentials and you’ll have everything you need at hand.
On top of that, we enable safe and convenient biometric authentication to verify your online payments. This means that, whenever an additional validation is required (3D Secure), you can approve via biometrics: Touch ID or Face ID. It’s as easy as that.

Terrible card app
I didn’t know there were still apps of this poor quality out there, and from a global company nonetheless. Terrible login, where you have to reactivate Face ID nearly every time you use the app, incredible slow, half of the time transactions don’t load and little to no details related to transactions, nor any control or insight into your card. They would be better off discontinuing the app and referring to their website, which is slightly better.
Extremely frustrating app experience
Authentication method is ridiculous, Faceid keeps being deactivated.
Logs out all the time
Logs out all the time, required constant reconnection using TAN. Also disable face id. Then displays a buggy (characters are not correctly displayed) advertisement for Apple Pay, which I’ve already activated.
