I will start of with the strengths of your game, then the weaknesses, then the opportunities and I'll finish it of with the threats.
S: The game has different modes, story mode and free mode. One can choose the sensitivity of the drone and this doesn't get reseted at any point, not even when your phone dies. There is nothing in the game you have to pay irl for to unlock as far as I'm aware. The background music is very good and for those who don't like it, they can turn it of and listen to their own music.
W: The lives in story mode are a bit overpriced for players who don't play too often. The hit-boxes are not always correct: sometimes they work in your favor, other times they hit you from a distance.
O: I think that for example there are still some changes to be made like a sandbox you can unlock at a certain point in the story mode, the lives in story mode slowly regenerate over time. Maybe an online leaderboard could be added in free mode.
T: Probably the biggest part of the gamers are children who are unable to make online transactions, so make sure the game stays free irl as much as possible.
All in all, this is a pretty great game, the code of the game might have to be looked over to shorten the length to make the app drain less power from the phone when the app is being used. For those who don't know: the longer the code, the heavier the app. However, for it to be your first ever game you made, it is a masterwork.
