Avec l'App American Express®, votre compte est toujours à portée de main. Vous pouvez consulter vos transactions, gérer votre compte et bien plus encore lors de vos déplacements. Met de American Express® App heeft u uw rekening altijd bij de hand. U kunt uw verrichtingen bekijken, uw rekening beheren en nog veel meer terwijl u onderweg bent.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES/EIGENSCHAPPEN :
• Accédez et gérez vos comptes et Cartes. Toegang tot en beheer van uw rekeningen en Kaarten.
• Affichez les dernières transactions effectuées et le solde de votre compte. Bekijk de laatste verrichtingen en uw rekeningsaldo.
• Activez votre nouvelle Carte. Activeer uw nieuwe Kaart.
• Consultez vos relevés de compte mensuels. Bekijk uw maandelijks rekeningsuittreksels.
• Connectez-vous avec la fonctionnalité «Touch ID» ou «Face ID». Krijg toegang met de functies «Touch ID» of «Face ID».
• Bloquez votre Carte temporairement. Blokkeer uw Kaart tijdelijk.
• Récupérez votre nom d’utilisateur et réinitialisez votre mot de passe. Haal uw loginnaam op en stel uw wachtwoord opnieuw in.

L’Amex App est disponible en français et en néerlandais. De Amex App is beschikbaar in het Frans en het Nederlands.

No Apple Pay Option // Login issues
1) There’s no Apple Pay Option. In times of the corona Virus and social distancing this would have been handy option!
2) There should be a supplied login option to login in the app like a 4/6 digit code or FaceID option instead of using email and password every time.
3) There should be a notification option where with every transaction a notification would pop on the lock screen. Every dodgy payment would be remarked fast.
4) There should be an option to toggle on and off foreign EU payments.
Hopefully those remarks will be worked out in the near future! Thanks!
Worst AMEX app in the world
I have AMEX cards in 3 different countries so I use 3 different apps, they all have the same design but this one has like 1/4 of all the features.
First, no Apple Pay, what type of “premium” credit card has no Apple Pay in times of corona? Specially when AMEX has Apple Pay in the rest of the world, Netherlands, France and Germany included.
No way to see your membership rewards points in the app.
No way to see the spending of each card individually if you have more than one card in your account, it’s all together.
No notifications whenever there’s a charge.
No app in English when it’s obvious that more than 3/4 of their customers are foreigners (myself included).
I can go on and on, I have this card for the travel perks and the ease of payment abroad but AMEX Belgium is just a disappointment compared to the service/perks and even the mobile apps of AMEX in any other country.
Hopefully you fix this soon, I can see I’m not the only person complaining. Not even 2 stars overall rating for your app and still no solutions.
