Description
The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in selected countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will only access the name, model and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to My Devices in Account Settings.

Oplossing: taal veranderen
Ik heb de oplossing voor het instellen van Nederlands van deze app. (Had hiervoor speciaal een bug report gedaan bij Apple).
Stap per stap:
- open “Apple Store” app.
- log in met Apple id.
- tap het gebruiker icoontje rechts boven.
- scroll naar beneden en tap “Réglages”.
- selecteer onderaan “Pays ou zone géographique: Belgique.
- selecteer “België”.
@Apple, dit zou duidelijker zichtbaar mogen. Hoe kan een Nederlandstalige gebruiker nu “Reglages” herkennen? Deze instelling staat veel te diep verborgen.
Belgium shop but only in French why?
I don't understand why it has to be exclusively in French only rather than embracing the other languages that equally significant
Wrong language
When I open Apple store while being in the Flemish part of Belgium, then Apple store app is in French. Even my “preferred language for this app is set to English”. Doesn’t Apple know 60% of the Belgians are Flemish and speak Dutch? So 1 stars for this app since this really annoys me.

After reading many of this app reviews, I found one helpful for the Flemish speakers (not
1. Click on your profile in the right top corner
2. Scroll down and click on « Réglables »
3. Click on “Belgique” to change to Belgie for the “Pays ou zone geographique”
What a user unfriendly app. Apple not worthy! So only 2 stars. A real Apple app would be able to use the phone default settings (mine is US English) or at least have a language selections for countries with multiple official languages.
