TApp full of flaws

Many of the functions in the app are not working properly. The app appears very unstable.

Not working properly

The app is not working properly. I don’t get any notifications. Finally I found an rental and agreed with a video call , but it was not possible to connect with the other person through the app. We scheduled another time through FaceTime.
Now I would to confirm the rent by paying through the app. Also not possible. It says an error occurred and that I have to contact customer service. Send an email, but no reply up till now.

The app is not working

When I go to my messages and want to open an offer that I received it’s loading loading loading the post and does not want to open it. This only happened after the last update of the app. Please fix it I need to find a room asap! Thanks
