Description

BC care Tracker is an app created to help patients being treated for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) log any symptoms and side effects from treatments between their appointments. This will make it easier for the nurse specialist treating them to monitor them in ‘real time’, and ensure any issues are addressed at future appointments.
Through the BC care Tracker app patients will be able to log any symptoms they might have while being treated for NMIBC. The information recorded will be shared directly with the patients’ nurse specialist.
24 hours after treatment, the BC Care Tracker will prompt the patient to answer some questions about how they are feeling and any symptoms they might have. When the patient is finished, their answers will be automatically sent to their nurse specialist.
This will help the patients nurse specialist have a clearer understanding of their treatment and keep track of any symptoms they may have.
This app has been developed by medac Pharma in collaboration with a urology specialist nurse.
All data collected within this app will be sent to the patients’ nurse specialist only, medac Pharma will not receive any patient data. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
