App will offer you a list of well-balanced and sensible meal plans compiled on the basis of your dietary habits and needs. It will also accompany you every step of the way on the hard journey to achieving the best version of yourself. It will do that by:
- giving tips and guides on the proper diet;
- helping you set your customized weekly meal plans;
- offering you workouts to get rid of excess fat;
- offering you sprint interval workouts;
- demonstrating every step of the workouts by instructive high-quality videos;
- providing tips on proper exercise execution.
We offer a wide range of subscription options so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, weekly renewal, etc.) In addition, 3-months subscription is available for users. For your convenience, subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Please note, that you won't be able to use app features without active subscription.
App is integrated with the Health kit, so you can find your activities data in the Health App.

I wanted the 7 days trial and instead of that you write € 10,49 of my creditcard !! That wasn’t supose to happen. What can I do to get this back !!
When you want to make an account. . .you can only do that by linking it on facebook. . .WHY !!
When you want to leave a comment. . .that doen’t work also not. The worst thing is that there isn’t any way to contact of support when something gets wrong !! only making money. . .and that’s it.

Please note that the month-to-month cost of BetterMen app depends on the subscription plan that our users choose, and there are several options.
Currently, it is only possible for iOS device users to create an account through Facebook.
We are sorry for the inconveniences, and we are working to add more options.
Please note that subscriptions are cancelled through AppStore, not through the BetterMen app. Normally, the BetterMe subscription should be listed among your subscriptions unless you have purchased the Lifetime option. Please visit the Apple Support website for further assistance and if you'd like to find all the information on managing the subscriptions billed through Apple.

Complete rip off
Scam app, asking for home exercices but all exercices proposed are for gym members or owner. Useless and lost 30€
