Cela fait quelques jours que j’ai installé l’application (e-book, pas le livre physique) et cela m’aide beaucoup à manger plus équilibré (sachant que je mangeais très mal), pour réaliser les recettes, le poid des aliments est indiqué ce qui aide à respecter parfaitement les quantités par repas et les calories sont comptabilisées par jour en indiquant celles brûlées (compteur de pas inclus dans les fonctionnalités). De plus, il y a une liste de course générée en fonction de vos repas qui permet de faire ses courses super facilement ! Le seul bémol est que je n’ai pas accès à la partie entraînement sur l’application… je ne sais pas si c’est normal ou si c’est un beug…
si vous êtes une personne qui part de 0 comme moi c’est vraiment une chouette application !

I’m so happy
Before I used the Beyond Body app, I tried multiple diets to lose weight. Nothing really helped to achieve my goals. But this app is amazing. PLEASE CHANGE
They could improve it by adding single ingredients or products to track your food more accurately. like if i had 2 oranges for a snack and not orange and almond but that’s the only option i have to record. So then the tracking becomes inaccurate
