:(

The original game from 1997 is by far one of the best games I've ever played. This version however was a huge disappointment to me:

-the puzzles have been overly simplified
-the character can't die anymore
-much less interactive objects
-quite a few lines of text have been replaced by new, utterly childish ones, which ruin the eerie atmosphere that marked the original right from the start
-Nico's storyline ends abruptly and doesn't really add much to the game
-...

Kids might like this game, and people who never played the original might also like it. But if you played Broken Sword back in '97, you will probably find this to be a "dumbed down" rendition of a brilliant game. Broken Sword Junior, as I call it.
