Worst email ever

Doesn’t work well on many fronts. Including very basic functionality of an email:
kicks you out - every time you want to send an email you have to log in again
Deleting frequently doesn’t work
Sends email with bt21 instead of my talk21.com address that I’ve had for years which is very confusing for people.
I could go on ...
I set up automatic forwarding to a new gmail account to try to get around some of the issues.
I have the impression that they are trying to close the service down and try to force people to find other providers.
