Not an app - simply a website on the App Store
Feels very “not iOS” as bookmarking the Cignay Envoy website from your browser and placing the shortcut on your iPhone would be the exact same process as downloading this app. It is slow, unresponsive, provides bad accessibility to enter claims… This is not up to top insurer’s standards!
Does not work on iPhone XR
The new version of the app,version 8 does not work on iPhone XR. Even better 2 months after the update a fix still has not been issued. Common guys this is basic functionality
Really bad upgrade
I really do not understand why the app was cancelled, it was easy to use and fast. Now we are just sent back to the website page that is confusing and super slow. Please do reintroduce the app!
