Cq modules and algorithms processes multiple data sources in real-time identifying the best available resource using loss location, adjuster or inspector qualifications, availability and other criteria to make the fastest, most accurate, field resources assignment.
Aimed squarely at the ultimate insurance consumer (the insured, policyholder or member), CQ Digital Mobile is a game changer. By automating the process of connecting claims directly to mobile and available claims resources, consumers can see an adjuster or other field resource to help resolve their claim in minutes or hours vs. days. In the past twelve months, Cq has assigned tens of thousands of claims reducing thousands of hours of manual processing while also reducing claims time in process and improving the quality of matching the best available resource to every claim.
