So for 100 you pay they take 15. But then to transfer it to the app costs come again.. they say it takes 10 min yet I’ve been waiting for 2h and still nothing and absolutely no way to contact them. Use a other app

Transparency is key for us, and we clearly list all fees on our website: https://www.cryptonow.ch/en-ch/how-we-make-money. It's important to note that when you purchase a Cryptonow gift card, you not only receive the cryptocurrency balance, but also a Cryptonow Wallet® embedded in the card. This serves as an offline wallet, known as one of the safest methods for storing cryptocurrencies. Your cryptocurrencies are securely stored and 100% decentralized on the card, with only you having access. Upon activation, a blockchain transfer is initiated, which may take up to 120 minutes. Unfortunately, waiting times may occur after activation due to external factors such as blockchain confirmation times

We recommend keeping your cryptocurrencies on the card unless you plan to spend them. Our app allows you to monitor the real-time value of your bitcoins on the card without needing to move them and not additional costs. If you still wish to transfer cryptocurrencies from the card to another wallet, please be aware that blockchain fees will apply. These fees are not set by us and vary widely, being deducted directly in the form of cryptocurrencies with each transaction. Currently, these fees are quite high. Therefore, we suggest leaving your cryptocurrency balance on the card and performing the transfer when fees are lower.
