Sometimes, cooking or heading out to a restaurant just isn’t in the cards. Deliveroo makes those moments far more memorable by delivering meals from places that don’t normally do that. The quick, clean interface makes it super-easy to find nearby burgers, sushi—whatever’s calling your name—and then place an order. We particularly love how the real-time updates on the driver’s progress tell us exactly when you'll get to satisfy that appetite.

Wegens verhuizing een verkeerd bezorgadres doorgegeven. De rijder heeft meer dan 10 min moeiten gedaan om mij te vinden. Ik werd gecontacteerd door de klantenservice dat de rijder voor de deur stond (door mijn toedoen voor de verkeerde!). Ik heb de rijder gebeld/gevraagd deze aan de buren te bezorgen zodat ik deze zelf kon komen ophalen. Zo afgesproken, zo gedaan. Eigen schuld, maar de bestelde maaltijd hebben we wel nog kunnen opeten, een klein wonder, bedankt voor de moeite Deliveroo!

Ils livrent 5 personnes en même temps, donc ton plat arrive froid, et lorsque la commande n’est pas acceptable, il n’y a aucun service client accessible, et ils refusent de rembourser même si ton plat était immangeable.
