Version 2.1
The app provides a simple, secure way for thousands of local businesses, hotels, restaurants, speciality shops and other small businesses across the UK to validate that a customer has an active Diamond Rewards membership card without the need for the customer to carry a physical card.
The animated membership card page can only be accessed once the customer provides valid Diamond Rewards Platform credentials, protecting the business owner from fraud, giving them confidence that the customer is a valid member.
Diamond reward memberships are provided free to customers by participating local businesses. Customers create their free memberships via a website using the free code they have been supplied with. Our mobile apps allow customers to sign in to an existing membership and displaying the animated membership cards for proof to third party businesses. Customers are not required to purchase memberships on any other platforms to use this app. and are members of the public, not employees of the organisations participating in the Diamond Rewards programme.
