Lucky I found this

Before, I didn’t really appreciate the idea of a fitness app and all but this app found a way to change my heart. I was in a spot of having no choice (I used to think like that) but to use an app to help me lose weight. However, DF proved its worth to me and I am now a changed man.

Well, following the plan can be hard sometimes because random things happening can mess with your routine. But other than that, I think that this is a nice app which delivers desirable outcomes.

I never thought I would need help while doing this intermittent fasting method. I did IF solely for about a month before I knew about this app and after I know about it, I think I can never go back to not knowing and not needing it.
