NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries are left at your door, unless you choose "Hand it to me" when ordering. For contactless deliveries, your Dasher will leave your food in a safe place and let you know it's ready.

Received someone else’s order and never got a refund
I received someone else’s food and I gave it back to the driver since it’s not my food , he said that he will go get our order and then we have never heard from him and of course when I asked for a refund, I was not eligible.
NEVER ORDER WITH DOORDASH, UBER EATS IS MUCH BETTER
Nothing works!
After you have finally signed up in doordash, you havo download the app and sign up again. Then place your order at the choosen restaurant and sign up again with all the red tape: as credit card it only takes US and Canada as credit card origin, needs a 5 digit zipcode, my four digit postal doesn’t fit and when all that is finished, the best restaurant in town simply has the nerve to waive the order cuz it is too far to get here. 48 minutes later and too late for supper. Some fancy place just let our 67€ order slip away.
