Description
**You must own a Synology NAS to run this app, and have upgraded to DSM 5.2 to get the complete set of features**
DS file is ideal to manage files stored on your DiskStation, upload or download between the NAS and the iDevice itself, or do basic editing tasks. And always securely with HTTPS support. Besides file management, DS file is also a useful tool to do anything from browsing pictures, watching videos or checking work documents when you are on the go.

DS file sharing options
It’s good but I can’t directly add some file to an e-mail or iMessage...why is that? You can copy/share all you want but not all apps seem to be available for that...Files can be viewed easily but sharing them independently from your NAS is somewhat tricky...
App crashes exponentially more since latest version
App crashes continuously on iOS (iPad) when it tries to resume a video when switching back to the app. Also, a problem that has been around for a longer time is that after a while the app just says “can’t play video file” whereas it played perfectly before and then you have to restart the app for it to work again. Not evolving in the right direction, please fix it!
Please fix this ! Unable to access synology since update
App crashes since latest either synology either iOS update. Don’t know which one but something is wrong since those updates. First of all it doesn’t detect automatically the NAS on the local network, you have to enter manually the local IP address. Then, it toggles on automatically HTPPS which never worked.
Even by toggling it off back to HTTP, app crashes.
