This update includes a critical correction to QTc over-estimation caused by T wave elevation. Unlike traditional approaches that rely on the isoelectric line, the tangent method identifies the true T wave baseline, reflecting your heart’s real repolarization. This improved algorithm now ensures more accurate QTc calculations, enhancing the reliability of ECG analysis.
