Problème de connexion

Bonjour, j'ai enfaite un problème de connexion sur le site. Ça fait déjà un moment que sur mon pc ou sur mon téléphone le site me dit qu'il est inaccessible ou qu'il y a un problème de pare-feu ou jsp quoi. Mais persévérante que je suis aujourd'hui ça a marché car au lieu de rechercher tout simplement eldarya j'ai mis eldarya.com. Donc voila c'est bien je me connecte mais après avoir mis mon compte ils ont réinitialisé tout ma partie. Alors que de base je suis au niveau 16. Après ça j'ai décidé d'installer l'application en espérant que cette fois-ci je réussis à me connecter et à reprendre mon compte actuel. Mais non, ils me disent encore qu'il y a problème de connexion… Donc voila j'espère vraiment que vous allez m'aider à trouver une solution pour retrouver mon compte. Bonne journée.

Bonjour, alors je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je viens tout juste d’installer Eldarya et quand je dois mettre mon pseudo, et bien je le mets puis il me dit qu’il est déjà pris donc je le change mais au moment où je souhaite le revalider et bien ça me fait quitter l’app et je recommence tout le temps alors je ne sais pas si c’est a souci qui vient de chez moi ou pas mais c’est très ennuyeux donc si vous pourriez m’aidez je vois serait très reconnaissant.
