After didn’t accept my address verification , instead of limiting my account they sale my investment and make me loose 220€ , I have 2 open tickets without answer !

It’s been a long time since this review was left and we’re unable to respond specifically to what may have happened but it sounds rather strange.
What we can say however is that eToro is and has always been a fully regulated investment platform where our actions are fully monitored. This means that we cannot and do not do things that aren’t in the best interest of our users, or worse, things that are deliberately harmful to them.
Since 2021 we’ve increased our customer-facing staff threefold and added more systems in place to make sure we are much quicker and better in our service so hopefully, your tickets were resolved a long time ago.
We are now situated perfectly to assist our users to get the best level of service. Our customer-facing teams are available on multiple social channels and on the platform through chat and email services.

Profile disabled, no reason
Without warning or explanation eToro disabled trading commodities, shorting assets and using margin on my account. It says my profile doesn't allow it. Very poor customer service compared to other fintechs.
