• Take the next step and enrol in Shop & Track to track the status of online orders (even if it’s not a FedEx package!). You can even search by Tracking number, order numbers, merchants and more *

• View photo of residential delivery once it arrives *

• Get Apple Watch access to check status of packages, find locations and view photo Proof of Delivery

• Ask Siri to check the status of your FedEx package and track from your home screen with our widget

• Scan door tags to get info and options for missed deliveries *

Your country is not supported

I live in Europe. I hardly think that’s a backwater. The description of the app says it supports all locations yet I get the following error message: “Your country/territory is not supported by the FedEx application”.
How do you not support tracking, in every country you offer services?

Country not supported

I live in Belgium where the app should normally work as I am waiting for packages but the app says that my country is not supported.

Pire service de livraison. Aucun mot pour le décrire

Service de livraison le pire que j’ai jamais connu. Dorénavant je ne commande plus rien si c’est FedEx qui livre.

Ensuite, ne parlons pas du service administratif… une catastrophe. 3 mois et 18 mails + intervention du médiateur pour faire arrêter des rappels de douanes et huissier alors que je ne devais rien payer ! Ça s’est finalement résolu mais ils ont vraiment un souci. Les autres sociétés de livraison ne sont pas parfaites non plus mais FedEx est le champion toute catégorie.
