Description
The FormFox iOS App works hand in hand with the FormFox web site to assist in performing all types of drug and alcohol test collections. Once collections are completed, the App also assists in printing required paperwork, and electronically submitting the collection information to the participating laboratories.
*Please note: the FormFox iPad app only supports plain paper collections for the following labs at this time: Quest, PAML, Psychemedics, and Omega. To find out if this app will meet your needs or for any questions, please call 1-877-376-3691 option 7.*
