I dont like the privacy policy this should be forbidden by law if it isn’t already!

“Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). We may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our App that you accessed.” “ Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the App. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and App identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.” “ User's Learning Process We collect data on what languages a user is learning, the progress of the user, and the level of forgetting a word or phrase. This also includes data on when the user uses the FunEasyLearn app, how many lessons they complete, and what in-app purchases they make. Our research team uses this data to help improve our user's learning experience.” This does not help you to make any conclusions because you don’t know what the person is doing on the side to learn the language like watching videos, studying, reading books in the targeted language, living in the country related to the language or having friends speaking that language, etc . Or even what they have done in the past to better know this targeted language or also if people mother tongue is close to the target language. The level of attention of the person related to their environment, the day they had, the problem they have in their private life, etc. The way each person is learning the best (reading, speaking, listening) . If they are using other app to learn the same language. There are too many parameters to make any reliable and accurate conclusions on that matter. So that is non sense and our personal information should stay secret and our level of learning should not be studied. “IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO CONTINUE USING THE APP ANY LONGER.” I can’t stand this type of chantage! Customers are to be pleased not treated as such! No need of using this information and should be forbidden! “Your social media account login information Your username(s) in such social media” I would like to known which social media agrees on that policy please?!? “your age” ? No need. No need and has to be forbidden “ when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information.” All cookies must be forbidden by law!

“ If it seems like you’re seeing ads in FunEasyLearn for products or things you’ve searched for, that’s because our third-party ad serving partners collect this type of information about you outside of FunEasyLearn.”

How is this even possible through your app????? No I don’t agree! That needs to stop and be forbidden.

Also, we'd like to point out that the only piece of private identifiable information we mandatorily require is your email address; any additional information is entirely at your discretion. We ask for far less information than other apps since we do not have a social component within our app.
