Not native and inefficient GUI
The web app phenomena is getting out of control. We now have desktop apps written in cartboard and duct tape using the awful electron frameworks.
This is a cancer for desktop computer and mobile due to the lazyness of the developers.
Nothing is standard or native.
The menu bar is the awful smartphone thingy that need one too much clicks to get access to.
No apparent keyboard shortcuts. Not even for 'Undo' or 'Redo'
I could also add that the performance are really bad... the Java version is faster and more responsive even if that's still a JVM.
How could we allow this on machine that have GHz CPUs and GBs of RAM?
I'm willing to pay 60 euros for a native app. Native = use of native frameworks and proper GUI guidelines.
This is a nightmare.
