Location aéroport de Nice
Pourri… je sors de la station après avoir fait le plein et il me réclame du carburant. De plus véhicule dégueulasse… à éviter

Nous sommes navrés de lire votre déception suite à votre location.
Dans le cas où vous avez loué un véhicule équipé de la technologie Connect, cela signifie que les niveaux sont relevés automatiquement.
Vous avez évidemment la possibilité de contester et comme indiqué sur l'application, vous devez le faire si la différence entre le niveau relevé automatiquement et ce qui s'affiche sur le compteur est supérieur à 15%.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, les relevés du boîtier sont enregistrés puisqu'ils sont plus précis que ce qui est affiché sur le compteur.
Aussi, si vous avez contesté mais qu'aucun incident est survenu avec le boîtier durant votre location, les niveaux relevés automatiques sont bien pris en compte.

Par ailleurs, selon notre politique, vous devez signaler au début de la réservation si le véhicule n'est pas en état, cela permet ainsi de prévenir le propriétaire afin qu'il sache qu'un nettoyage est nécessaire.

Comme mentionné, si vous restituez le véhicule plus propre qu'au début de votre location, vous pouvez contacter nos équipes afin de demander une compensation pour ce nettoyage.
