Global Blue - Shop Tax Free 4+

Ridiculous

Ridiculous company, ridiculous app. The purpose is to make the process as complicated as possible so that you do not get any refund. Buying tax free is not worth it due to this process.

Very bad at helping when problem occurs

During a road trip in Norway, every Global Blue retailer told me I will be able to process the refund on the ferry back to Copenhague. When I got in the ferry at Oslo, the DFDS company told me they don’t work with Global Blue.
So, the first problem is that even the retailers aren’t well informed. I admit without discussion I should have checked but due to the multiple shoppers that told me I just had to process te refund on the ship, I didn’t get the custom stamples at the Global Blue office at Oslo.
The second problem is that I tried to have a discussion by chat or a mail to find a solution together but the « Blue box » doesn’t appear at all (tested on Safari - IPhone and on Chrome - Windows). All the others pre-suggested answers or FAQs doesn’t mention that kind of problem and let you feel just like left alone with your problem and gives you the feeling of having been taken in by a tourist scam…

Communication

Several times I have been trying to contact someone via the app without result. I sent my original documents four weeks ago and there is no update or communication. I requested a sole confirmation of arrival of documents and I remain without an answer.
