What in the actual heck
I do not understand the purpose of this app. If you have anxiety or mental health issues, this is not for you. I tried it out for 10 minutes and started worrying about things I wasn’t worrying about before. It does nothing to crush those thoughts or to dismiss them, only reminds you of them, brings them up.
