Can’t start the game

When i open the app i there stands that i have to update it and after a long update it needs to update another time but much faster after three times of updaying fast it says there has been a problem try again and i try again but it does the same as before. I have done this proces about 3 times and it cousted me 30 minutes. Pls fix it!!
