Description
In the Hoppinapp you will find the Hoppinreisplanner. This combines different public
modes of public transport to reach your destination. For each booking it calculates which is the
most convenient solution for you to travel by public transport. In this way, you will be offered trips
with for example the known public transport or you will be able to combine the flexbus with bus or
train.
Test areas are the first to get acquainted with De Lijn Flex
Right now you can already book De Lijn Flex in three test areas: part of the Flemish
Ardennes, Klein-Brabant and the region between Diest and Aarschot.
Do you live in one of these test areas? Then make your flex reservation now via the Hoppinapp.
From January 6, 2024, De Lijn Flex will be available in many other places in Flanders.
From now on you can discover in the Hoppinapp whether De Lijn Flex offers a solution for (part of) your route

Super vlot, op tijd opgehaald, vriendelijke chauffeur, nette wagen!
Niets op aan te merken!
Het enige minpunt:
Het was in de app me niet zo duidelijk aan welke halte ik precies ging afgezet worden en ik wist niet of ik nog wandeltijd moest incalculeren in de pick up/drop off time of niet, dat zou wat duidelijker mogen!
Uiteindelijk bleek er dichtbij een flex halte te zijn, wat ik dus niet wist en nergens kon terugvinden!
De Lijn
Zou het niet handiger zijn mocht de hoppin functionaliteit gemigreerd worden naar De Lijn app? Dat zou vele malen gebruiksvriendelijker zijn!
Een andere mogelijkheid zou zijn de app te hernoemen naar De Lijn Flex.
Laatste versie geeft problemen bij iPhone 8.
Kan niet meer reserveren omdat scrollen niet meer gaat= toetsenbord kan niet afgezet worden zowel op IOS 16 als 17.
