PROBLEMEN SCANNEN NAAR MAC
Waar is de mogelijkheid om te scannen naar je Mac?
Mijn HP printer staat in een andere ruimte dan mijn Mac-Mini maar ik heb niet meer de mogelijkheid om als ik bij mijn printer sta een heleboel documenten in te scannen en door te sturen naar mijn Mac! Ik heb 2 HP-printers in gebruik en van beiden lukt dit niet meer terwijl alles is ingeschakeld om dit wel te doen. Beide printers zien mijn Mac Mini niet meer en krijg op het schermpje het volgende "Zorg ervoor dat de printersoftware is geinstalleerd op uw computer en dat Scannen naar computer is ingeschakeld via de printersoftware" dit terwijl alles is geinstallerd en is ingeschakeld! Teleurstellend voor zulk een bedrijf dat hun software zomaar aanpast dat het niet meer werkt!!!!!

sinds ik de app geïnstalleerd heb kopieert of scant mijn printer niet meer zelfs niet off line.
