Ik probeerde sinds vrijdag reeds een bestelling te plaatsen via de app en geen van beide werkte.. dan geven jullie 20% korting en kan ik niks kopen. Ik heb screenshots genomen van mijn bestelling die ik wou plaatsen en de melding die ik kreeg “oeps, er is iets verkeerd gegaan. Sluit de app af en open hem opnieuw.” Ik heb geprobeerd om te betalen met MasterCard, Bancontact, Klarna, … niks lukte. Ik heb dan ook geprobeerd via de website, ook dat lukte niet. Dan maar via zalando een bestelling geplaatst, maar daar was niet alles te vinden wat ik op de app had aangeklikt.. ook daar was wel een leuke korting. Maar mijn bon van €5 van mijn gespaarde punten is weg sinds ik telkens opnieuw probeerde te bestellen. ..heel frustrerend en jammer dat ik niet kon bestellen via de app.
