Geweldig
EINDELIJK is er een telenet-app die uitstekend werkt, overzichtelijk is, geen bugs heeft, en een zeer gelikt design heeft!
Ik heb geen klachten. Ik zou wel feedback willen geven hoe jullie de app beter kunnen maken:
Meer (gepersonaliseerde) informatie over de diensten die de klant beschikt (zoals op “Mijn telenet”).
Meer info over TV: welke pakketten, aantal (gehuurde) digicorders,... tevens meer info over Telefonie: vaste telefonie, freephone europe of andere telefonie pakketten, kort overzicht mobiele nummers, vermelding van welk Telenet pakket men heeft (WHOP,WHOPPA,WIGO,...) dus in feite alle info die ook via mijn telenet te raadplegen is zou nuttig zijn in de app. Ook info over de dekking van 3G/4G/5G zou nuttig zijn! En ook push meldingen als er een storing is in de buurt of een onderbreking kan plaatsvinden door werken zoals de Netwerf zou nuttig zijn. Een sectie met “vaakst gestelde vragen oftewel FAQ” zou ook nuttig zijn.
Kan niet aanmelden op iPhone 13 pro max.
Krijg de app niet aangemeld op mijn nieuwe 13 pro max. Is dit een bug nog in de app?
