The MyMazda app makes your Mazda ownership experience simpler and more convenient than ever. The app allows you to:
- Register your Mazda vehicles to view maintenance schedule and service history
- Locate nearby Mazda dealers for your convenience
- Download owner’s manuals
- Learn about the latest Mazda technology and developments
- Request Mazda Roadside Assistance
- Stay up to date with recalls
In addition, if you are an all-new Mazda MX-30 or 2021 Mazda CX-5 owner, you can activate Mazda Connected Services through the MyMazda App, which will take your Mazda experience to the next level. Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do with Mazda Connected Services (all available through the complimentary trial period):
- Remote charging (MX-30 only)
- Remote climate control (MX-30 only)
- Remote door locking
- Monitor vehicle health
- Receive vehicle status alerts
- Easily find your vehicle remotely
- Send points of interest direct to your in-car navigation system

Good, but some problems
Hello Mazda devs, thanks for an almost nice app experience. I wanted to inform you about two serious bugs in the app: first, I cannot change my profile; when I want to save it says there is an ‘alphabet’ error in my last name. Second, I need to login again every time, even if I check the ‘keep me logged in’ option.

Vol bugs die niet worden gefixt
Aardige app maar vol irritante bugs en na een jaar nog geen fix of update.
Gezichtsherkenning werkt niet in iOS. Bij ‘onderhoud aanvragen’ kom je op een “Page not Found”.
Bericht verwijderen staat onder “verwijderde berichten”.
Veel irritante meldingen dat een deur open staat terwijl je nog gewoon bezig bent met je boodschappen uit te laden.
Dat zelfbenoemde Japanse perfectionisme blijkt een lege marketingkreet.
