Layout that invites to use it!

recently starting to use this system. like it as its easy to use and understand and has a look and feel that, for me, makes it attractive to come back to it and follow up on the items i have created.

Customer service takes no notice of customer demand

Sucky expensive app. Non-consumer friendly. Are only bothered about layout and appearance instead of functionality. Contact to customer service is pure "Kafka" nobody even knows their superior or is capable of amending things or even how to forward a complaint to the ones who are capable. Save your money and buy a functioning customer relation management tool. Insightly sucks!!!!
