Ampli gratuit sauf si l’on paie

Infos sont intéressantes pour chaque période où s’écoule le jeûne. Faut tenir 72 h .. c’est pas évident. Faut boire . Bouillon eau infusion rester actif .. 72h une fois par mois … je vais essayer 48h

Actuellement, le niveau le plus élevé d'état corporel affiché dans l'APP est le jeûne de 72 heures. Il vise à vous faire savoir que le corps change pendant le jeûne, mais ne signifie pas que vous devez jeûner pendant 72 heures.

Si vous n'avez pas une riche expérience du jeûne, nous vous déconseillons de jeûner en continu pendant plus de 24 heures d'affilée.

Pour assurer votre santé et votre sécurité, vous pouvez commencer par un plan doux, comme le plan 14-10. Une fois que votre corps s'est complètement adapté, vous pouvez augmenter progressivement la durée du jeûne.
