The worst by far.
I travel twice a week for my job and I avoid Ita. Try to get a business account. Almost impossible. The UX of the login procedure is nog good. I cannot lookup my flights in the app that i bought outside the app. Really disappointing. Alitalia went out of business, this one soon too.
Really bad
Full of bugs, constantly logged out. It’s a webview of the website, that keeps behaving weirdly. Such a bad product/app!
Product and Engineering team should be ashamed!!!
