I can’t use open chat rooms

It always gives me an error.
When I want to join a chat room, I receive an error with “You can't join open chatrooms at this time in accordance with our Operation Policy.”
I don’t know why? Maybe because I live in Belgium? Please fix this.

App is very great but…

Dear KakaoTalk’s developers,

I really enjoy using your app and chatting with people on it. The only problem is the voice vocal… Each time that I’m listening to a vocal of 5 minutes and when I touch my screen without doing it on purpose at 4min, I just wanna leave the app, lazy to spend one more time 4 min to re listen to listen the end of the vocal 😤😖

Can you do something about it? I’m suffering 😭🤣

I tried many times to enter kakaotalk I need to send a message for a verification code or somthing but the message always fails to send , please fix this in a easier way…
