KelbyOne App misery

For one month, subscribed to a year membership at KelbyOne, I cannot access the app, although by website login it works. So, emailed to the membership support...every week, no answer. More over, the tutorials for instance about Muse website building software are out of date, not updated and not in-depth tutorials. Other online services provides mutch better lessions. So disappointed on this...
