Handige app maar ondermaatse service
Ik wacht al 2 weken langer dan voorzien op een bestelling. Op zich nog begrip voor dat niet alles altijd goed loop. Echter wanneer je in via de app contact wil nemen ivm je bestelling krijg je telkens dezelfde standaard info terug gestuurd “je bestelling is onderweg, als je binnen een week niets gehoord hebt neem dan opnieuw contact op.”
Ik heb graag duidelijke en gerichte info. Al moet ik nog 2 weken wachten “no big deal “ maar wees tenminste eerlijk en concreet.
