The door alarm reminds you when the fridge door is still open and, thanks to the integrated BottleTimer, also about the drinks in the freezer compartment. This makes burst bottles a thing of the past. Or activate NightMode before going to bed, if you're drawn to the fridge every now and then at night as well. The interior of your refrigerator is illuminated only with dimmed light. That way, you won't wake up from half-sleep and can get back to bed quickly after your midnight snack.

Icemaker can’t be managed anymore !
Since last upgrade one can not manage the function of the icemaker anymore on the SFNbsd529i
I am also not able to manage the temperature of the BioFresh on the SRBbsd529i

cannot type an e-mail address to log in to the app...
The ipad keyboard does 't pop up so I could not access and test the app's functionality.
What did I do wrong?

Hello de7vanzemst, unfortunately, we have no influence on the keyboard as it is a system behaviour of the iPad. You can try to restart your iPad or also reinstall the SmartDevice app. Best regards from the SmartDevice team.
Does not work
I cannot connect. I have a brand new ICNSF5103 and downloaded the app on iPhone 12 Pro
When the app asks me to connect to the LH wifi I don’t find it
What can I do?

Hello martinc72, thank you for your feedback. To be able to connect your appliance type, you need the additional SmartDeviceBox. You can get it from our retailer in Belgium.
