J’ai eu un problème avec les « VELOP »
Super équipe qui a apres énormément de patience et de gentillesse, a eu la solution et maintenant je peux réutiliser l’application ce qui me permet un réglage des paramètres et dans certains cas, t’ébouter mon installation !
Très belle équipe et très bon materiel! En plus, après la garantie, le service client est gratuit, ce qui n’est pas négligeable !

App is not reliable
There is always an issue somewhere in this App… the Parental control is not working … can not find the right connected device in the list…same connected device are repeated several times…every update fix something and mess with others! etc…please get a qualified engineers to fix your continuous issues!!
