Floor Plans, Building and Terrain:
• Сreate detailed 2D floor plan layouts.
• View real-time dimensions for walls, ceilings and floors when drawing in the 2D Plan view.
• Get unlimited floor levels: you will be able to create multi-story buildings and even skyscrapers.
• Design from scratch or rely on ready-made house and interior design samples (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, etc).
• Work with terrain editing tools for landscape design: create elaborate terrain around your house, lay paths and driveways and plan out your garden or backyard.
• Choose from the ready-made roof templates (12 roofs and 16 dormers) or customize the roof by editing its segments to create roofs of any form and complexity.
• Work in 2D Elevation view that displays the side view on walls and roof, a perfect tool for working with openings, niches and wall panels.
• Scan your room or house using the Room Scanner feature based on LiDAR technology to recreate its digital copy (only for devices with LiDAR sensors built-in).
• Use a multi-purpose Building Block tool to create porches, custom columns, beams or even furniture.
• Bosch laser measure integration: take accurate measurements with a laser measure, and easily transfer and apply them to objects.
Objects and Materials:
• Add and move furniture and other objects (2,400+ items), and apply physically based materials (2,100+ supplied materials).
• Access thousands of free models that can be imported from the Trimble 3D Warehouse.
• Import 3D models from other applications in most popular formats (COLLADA, FBX, OBJ, USDZ, 3DS, etc.)
• Create sophisticated custom materials, and control their texture and light emissive properties using the Material Editor.
Lighting Settings:
• Work with natural lighting by setting up true geolocation, time of day and cloudiness.
• Adjust light fixtures throughout the house to achieve a realistic lighting scene.
• Create custom lamps or achieve the best lighting for your projects with Light Source Editor.
Viewing and Sharing Your Project:
• Walk through your 3D interior designs.
• Project your 3D home into real-world surroundings, and even walk around or inside the house using View in the AR option.
• Create flyover videos and 3D renderings of your projects from different angles.
• Seamlessly share your projects among iOS, iPadOS, visionOS, macOS or Windows devices.

• Export 2D floor plans as PDF and 3D views of your projects as high-resolution images.

• Get Ultra HD export quality for movies and 360° Panoramas and Hi-res (16,000 x 16,000) for still shots.

Excellente application !
Très bonne application (même je ne suis pas un professionnel du domaine du bâtiment). Stable, précise et complète. Même si le prix peut faire peur au début, elle en vaut la peine (certaines autres applications ne me permettaient pas d’atteindre des résultats - plans qui bougent tout seuls, impressions pourries, ... cfr le reste de mon commentaire). Elle m’offre grande satisfaction aussi bien sur iOS (iPad et consultation avec petites éditions sur iPhone) que sur Mac OS.
A cause de la différence de prix et l’aspect visuel de l’interface utilisateur, j’avais démarré mon projet avec Home Design 3D (Gold) (maison de 1.000 m2 sur 2 étages).
Je suis assez rapidement passé à Live Home 3D Pro quand Home Design 3D (Gold) à commencé à pédaler dans la choucroute à cause de la légère complexité de certaines zones de la maison. Aussi parce qu’il arrivait que je ne parvienne pas à être suffisamment précis et qu’en plus, j’ai découvert qu’il n’était pas capable de dessiner les toitures. De plus, lorsque j’ai commencé à avoir plusieurs pièces, il arrivait que Home Design 3D (Gold) manque de stabilité / fiabilité en changeant des parties de plans de son propre chef. Et pour finir l’autre grande déception avec Home Design 3D : impossible d’avoir une impression de plan qui ressemble à quelque chose (PDF illisible et dégueulasse).
Même si pour des très petits projets, Home Design 3D semble plus simple et agréable à prendre en main, j’ai été soulagé de retrouver avec Live Home 3D une application qui me permettait d’être plus précis et fiable que Home Design 3D (Gold), surtout pour la partie 2D. Et l’impression (papier et PDF) est fidèle aux plans !
Pour continuer la comparaison avec Home Design 3D (Gold), je préfère Live Home 3D pour sa précision du dessin des plans en 2D et sa façon d’indiquer les côtés que ne trouve plus pro que celle de Home Design 3D. Je la préfère aussi pour la possibilité de dessiner les toitures.
Par contre, je trouve que Home Design 3D est plus agréable en ce qui concerne les rendus de décoration d’intérieur et de jardins (rendus plus beau je trouve)...
J’utilise donc plutôt Home Design 3D pour avoir le rendu 3D de la déco d’une pièce en particulier, mais Live Home 3D pour tout le projet en lui-même.

De plus, l'application peut exporter des projets de conception de maison vers différents formats 3D tels que 3DS, OBJ, FBX, Collada, etc. Ces fichiers peuvent être envoyés à un certain nombre de services en ligne, y compris les services gratuits (Sketchfab, OneRender, etc.) où une qualité de rendu photo plus réaliste peut être obtenue.
