Io-app wil niet meer openen.

Bedankt voor je bericht. Er is een nieuwe versie uit van de app voor iOS gebruikers. Als je het opnieuw installeerd nadat je de oude versie verwijderd hebt dan moet hij het gewoon weer doen!

Je kan ook via de website inloggen en daar je gegevens bekijken en je orders aanpassen.

Mocht je nog vragen hebben of hij doet het nog niet, dan hoor ik het graag. Je kan altijd een mail sturen naar contact@marleyspoon.nl.

The new app layout looks great but they removed some of the key success features in the process making this a step backwards.
In the past you could browse all recipes you received and indicate your favourites. Especially useful since they have not added paper recipes for over a year.
Now you can see the recipes for the past boxes and thats it. You can no longer search on anything either. So the only thing you can do is to manually save the PDF’s you can find via the box prep email. So cumbersome.

Next to that you can no longer in an easy way plan ahead and see which boxes are planned. You now have to go one by one through the boxes and tap multiple times to achieve the same. I understand making it harder to skip a box makes sense financially but really goes against user oriented design...

I can only hope this is an MVP and the missing features reappear soon.

Guys, I bought a subscription and cannot cook because there is no English translation. Is your product only for Flanders?? Then please mention this in the description. Food looks nice, but I’m not sure if I will order more..
